"The Kimball Senior Choir has grown considerably in the last couple years.
I encourage anyone in 9th-12th grade to consider joining choir. We have a very talented group that participates in Solo and Ensemle contest, Large group vocal contest and 2 concerts per year. We also sing for graduation.
We fund raise to be able to attend the Chanhassen Dinner Theater for a fantastic musical play and lunch.
The students may elect to sing solos or in small groups at both contest, and in concerts. Band students may also be in choir and the time is divided between the 2 classes. Students are given time to study when parts, small groups, or soloists are practicing. It's a great experience to be in choir, ask members, who frequently write on the board "I LOVE CHOIR', and the director (me) writes back "SO DO I." |
