Kimball Area Public Schools

Angela taught in Kimball for over 30 years, from 1969-1999. Ms. Provost, as she was generally known in Kimball, led the Kimball High School drama program for many years and later established and sustained a speech team that was one of the most successful MSHSL speech programs in Central MN Conference for much of the 1980’s and 1990’s. Angela led Kimball to ten Central MN Conference Championships, four District 20/Sub-Section Championships, two section 5A Runner-up and eight District 20/ Sub-section runner ups finishes. She had two state champions in her tenure: 1993 – Alissa Kuseske in Humorous and in in 1998- John Steinmetz in Creative Expression.

Angela Sandal was honored as Kimball's 1998 Teacher of the Year.
