Frank was a 3-season athlete at KHS. As an athlete, Frank participated in football, wrestling, baseball and track. He lettered in track 4-years, football 3-years, wrestling 3-years, and baseball for years. He had a 39-18-2 record wrestling for KHS.
Frank went on to the University of MN and wrestled for two years. He has helped KHS Wrestling program over the years in various capacities which include a head coach, assistant coach, junior high coach, announcer, and volunteer. He was the founding member of the Kimball youth wrestling program. Frank has helped coach over 60 state entrants, 20 state place winners. Frank has been selected as CMC Assistant Coach of Year (1997), CMC Coach of Year (2003), Section Coach of the Year (1996), and was also the booster of the year. Frank helped coach the KHS Junior High Wrestling Team this past year.
Frank and his wife Cathy have 7 children and continue to farm right outside Kimball.
