Mary Libbesmeier
Class of 1996
Mary Libbesmeier graduated from Kimball in 1996. She played softball and volleyball in high school. Mary excelled at softball was the St. Cloud Times player of the year, was on the CMC all conference team for 4 years, all state honorable mention and made the all section team for two years. Mary went on to play softball at St. Cloud State University where she played in 212 games and won the conference championship in 1998. Libbesmeier ranks top-10 in career triples (11), career games started (207) and career at bats (628). Mary was selected on the Successful Farming Magazine's All-America Team in 2000. She has been a head softball coach at St. Cloud Tech, Buffalo and Monticello. Mary has coached in the Kimball community for many summer and fall tournaments, giving back to the community that raised her. Ms. Libbesmeier is currently a adaptive physical education, teacher at Monticello where she coaches softball and adaptive bowling. Mary lives in Monticello.
