Dear Kimball Area Staff, Teachers and Parents,
I am excited to personally invite you to a special community open house on Monday, October 28, from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. This event is your chance to tour the newly renovated spaces at both the elementary and high school and see the improvements made possible by our community’s support of the August 2022 referendum. Parking is available in the north and south lots.
The renovations have already made a positive impact. At the elementary school, this includes new early childhood program spaces, a new main office, and expanded cafeteria and gym areas. At the high school, this includes a new main office, updated science and FACS classrooms, and new gathering areas for visiting sports teams and officials. Now, we’re thrilled to share these changes with you!
During the open house, our district leaders and staff will be on hand to answer questions and guide you through the new additions and improvements. We hope to see many of you there for this opportunity to connect and celebrate what we’ve achieved together.
If you’d like to learn more about the project, please visit OurCubsOurFuture.org.
Thank you for your ongoing support, and we look forward to seeing you on October 28!
Sincerely,
Erik Widvey
Superintendent
