Do you enjoy working outside during the summer months? Kimball Community Ed is looking for umpires to officiate youth softball and baseball games in June and July. There is a FREE umpire clinic set for April 7 from 9-10 am in the Wirth Gym at the high school. #KimballCommunityEd

Kimball Area Community Ed has partnered with Kimball Christian Church to host the 2023 Easter Egg-stravaganza on April 8 from 9 am - 12 pm at the Kimball Area High School. The special event is free to the public and will feature an Easter Egg Hunt, Carnival, a Family Fun Run/Walk/Hop and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny. All are welcome to come and enjoy some Easter festivities! #KimballCommunityEd
In 3rd grade science we learned about life cycles of plants and animals! The Landwehr family generously allowed for our classes to use their incubator and watch eggs hatch into chicks. We had a very successful hatching, resulting in 6 baby chicks being born! They also borrowed us a cage and heating panel to keep them in the room for a little while to watch them grow!

The Kimball Pastiche Show on March 20 was a success. Over 200 folks in attendance enjoyed looking at Art Club displays, listening to 90 music students perform, including speech presentations and solo and ensemble pieces. Thank you to those who bid on student-crafted silent auction items, which will benefit the Shop and Fine Arts Departments. #KimballProud

Kimball Jr. Cubs Basketball players in grades K-1 showcased their skills on Feb. 28 in the Wirth Gym. Head coaches Jay Klein and Jeremy Kuechle, along with their varsity players, coached over 60 youth players in grades K-5 this winter. #KimballHoops #KimballCommunityEd
Kimball Area Youth Wrestlers competed in the Northland Youth Wrestling Association's Gr. 7-8 Team Regions in Region 4 on March 12 at Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City High School. Kimball had 10 wrestlers in 6th-8th grade compete for the team event. Team coaches are Payton Hanan and Kyle Siebert. Unfortunately, the Cubs fell to Paynesville and Long Prairie-Grey Eagle-Browerville to end their team competition. Region competition for individuals will be held on March 24-25. Jaycee's State is held on March 26 in Albany. Northland Youth Wrestling Association State is held March 30-April 2. Way to go Cubs and good luck with the rest of the season. #KimballWrestling #KimballProud
