Kimball Area Theater is excited to hold auditions for its 2025 Fall Musical, "Mary Poppins," tonight and tomorrow, Sept. 2 and 3, from 5:00-7:00 pm in the band room at the high school. Kimball Area Post Prom apparel orders can be picked up tonight, August 28, before the Kimball Cubs varsity football game. Kimball Volleyball opened its 2025 season with a non-conference tilt at Spectrum in front of an energetic crowd on August 26. The Cubs put up a valiant effort against the Sting, forcing the match to a 5th and deciding set. Kimball fell short in the final set by a score of 13-15. Kimball's JV team played well tonight, fighting back from a 15-24 deficit in the first set to tie the game at 24-24, before falling 25-27 and 21-25 in their first match of the season. Way to go Cubs! #KimballVolleyball
