Kimball Area families with students in grades 7-12 have an opportunity to schedule baseline concussion testing on Sunday, April 13, from 3-6 pm at the high school. Dr. Jenn Garding, a Physical Therapist from Williams Integracare Clinic, will be coming to the high school to perform the testing. This baseline testing is NOT required, but is an opportunity for each family to participate in if they desire. The cost for the baseline testing is $25 per student-athlete. The in-person baseline testing takes approximately 15 minutes. The computer based portion of the baseline can be completed at home. Register online at: https://integracareclinic.setmore.com/services/cfd9825f-d38e-46bf-bf43-2db8e57b1b4b. New Virtual Trophy Case is now installed and ready for viewing in the Wirth Entry! This trophy case will virtually display all Hall of Fame Recipients, State Championships, State Teams, Sport/Activity Trophies, Records and old yearbooks. The process to upload all of the information is extensive but we're excited for the community to be able to search for a variety of information easily. Patience is a virtue, Carly Serbus is working hard on entering all the data into this new system. Although she has a lot of data entered already, there still is a lot to be upload. So please be patient. Thank you to the following community businesses who have financially supported this new feature: Granite City Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, Arnolds, The Green Fox, Kuechle Underground, Harvest Bank, Ehlinger & Associates-American Family Insurance, AM Maus & Son. Please remember to support our local sponsors! You can view it by scanning the QR Code, or visiting https://kimball.touchpros.com/Home2

The annual Student Government Food Drive at KES was a spectacular success again this year! As a school, we collected a total of 2,925 pounds of food (or 3, 464 items) as well as $427 in cash donations. During the month of March, the State of Minnesota does a partial match to all food shelf donations making our efforts grow even greater. Thank you to student government and the 5th grade teachers for all of the hard work in making this event such a success. And a special thanks to Jennifer Schiefelbein at the food shelf for coordinating all of our donations as well as providing a tour of the facilities to our student government members. #fooddrive #donate #community #KimballProud
