Kimball Robotics Team 739-D is off to a great start at the 2025 World Championships in Dallas, TX. The Cubs defeated their first opponent 12-0 on May 9 and will resume competition on May 10 at 8:50 am. Good luck Kimball Robotics.

Kimball Softball had a successful Youth Night on May 9. Junior Riley Fischer hit a grand slam to help lift the varsity Cubs team to a 13-2 win over Annandale. Congrats also to junior Abby Fischer who swung for two home runs and 4 RBI's to lead the junior varsity Cubs squad to a 7-6 come-from-behind victory over the Cardinals. Way to go Cubs! #KimballSoftball

Kimball Schools have been attending field trips at Deep Portage since 1989. The Kimball 6th grade class enjoyed three days at the learning center in Hackensack this week, May 7-9. The students enjoyed hiking outdoors, wall climbing, archery, canoeing, learning about landforms, survival tactics, camp fires and much more. Thank you to the 6th grade teachers, Mrs. Greniger, Mrs. Schaunaman and Mr. Lilienthal, for their leadership and for organizing an incredible trip. Our Cubs made memories for a lifetime. #KimballProud










Kimball Softball is hosting Youth Night tonight, May 9, on the varsity field 6 at the high school. The first pitch is slated for 4:30 pm against Annandale. The Cubs will also be running a 50/50 to help support an Annandale family in need.

Fifth grade set off on their annual field trip to the Duluth and the Iron Range this morning. Although getting there is half the fun, they also had a great time touring Glensheen Mansion today!





The Kimball Area Fine Arts Banquet has been scheduled for May 18. The potluck will begin at 4:30 pm in the cafetorium. All high school families involved in fine arts are invited to attend. #KimballFineArts

Congrats to the Kimball 8th grade baseball team that earned a clean sweep over Maple Lake with 10-0 and 10-4 victories on May 6. Way to go Cubs!

Kimball Student Government is hosting a Color Run tomorrow, May 3, starting at 9am. Park in the south lot and line up by door 6 at the HS. All are welcome to this free event. Wear a light colored shirt for the color run. Free will donations will be accepted. The run is fun!
