As part of Kimball's stay local program, the Kimball Lunch Program has partnered with Schiefelbein Farms and Redhead Creamery today, to bring in Black Angus Beef and cheese curds for a special Halloween lunch. Excited to see this meal in the school system are Schiefelbein Family members; Frank Schiefelbein V, Jonny Serbus and Mark Schiefelbein.

Alexandria Technical and Community College took students on a walk-through presentation of manufacturing and transportation careers. During the tour, students were able to visit with instructors and students in the manufacturing/construction and transportation/mechanics divisions and learn about the various programs within those divisions.

From all of us at Kimball Schools, have a fun and safe Halloween!

Thank you to Deputy Brian Theisen for leading a "No Scam About It!" presentation in St. Augusta on Oct. 30. Also serving as the Kimball District's School Resource Officer, Deputy Theisen provides a program called TRIAD (Talk, Respond, Involve, Assist, Deterrent). The goal of TRIAD is to bring law enforcement and senior citizens together to discuss problems they may have in the community. The Kimball Area and Kimball Schools are fortunate to have Deputy Theisen working for the betterment of our community. Contact the Community Ed office for more details at 320-398-7700 x 1112. #KimballProud #StrongerTogether
