Congratulations to Alison Waldorf and William Serbus who were selected by Kimball High School Administration and the Kimball Legion to represent Kimball High School at Girls and Boys State. Girls State will be held at Bethel and Boys State will be held at St. John's. The American Legion Boys State and American Legion Auxiliary Girls State are summer leadership and citizenship programs for high school juniors, which focus on exploring the mechanics of American government and politics. The programs are sponsored by the American Legion and the American Legion Auxiliary. Boys and girls are nominated by their high school during their junior year.

The Kimball junior varsity baseball squad came from behind to earn a 7-5 victory over Royalton on May 18. Ronnie Arnold led the Cubs with a 3-run homerun while Noah Merten pitched 7 innings and swung for two doubles. Way to go Cubs! #KimballBaseball

Several students in grades 3-6 were able to attend the Young Authors/Young Artists (YAYA) Conference at the College of St. Benedict today. They were able to hear from a keynote speaker before participating in breakout sessions lead by various authors and artists. It was a fun and creative day for everyone!








Kimball 4th Graders had a fabulous trip to the Environmental Learning Center in Spicer, MN! Students rock climbed, worked as a team on the 'Flying Squirrel', and had fun learning about pond/water life. It was a great day!











RECORD BREAKER!!!!!! Congratulations to Gavin Winter! At last nights Baseball game vs. EVW he broke the single season hit record with his 33rd of the season. He also broke the career triples earlier this year with 7. He also currently holds the stolen base record with 19. Congratulations Gavin!!!



Miss Olmscheid and Mrs. Hennen’s classes have been paired up as book buddies for the past couple months. Once a week they read to each other to practice their fluency skills. Today they got to celebrate the end of the school year with a Glow Party!

Congratulations to the EV-W-K boy's and girl's track and field teams who earned the 2023 Central Minnesota Conference Championships on May 16. Way to go tracksters!


Kimball's varsity softball squad secured the 2023 Central Minnesota Conference Championship on May 16 with a split at Paynesville. This is the first softball conference title since 2016. Congrats to the Cubs who are 15-3 overall heading into the last week of the regular season.
